Bagaimana Starbucks Menerapkan Gamification Melalui Kartu Digital My Starbucks Reward
How Starbucks Implements Gamification Through the My Starbucks Reward Digital Card

Did you know that currently, more than 50% of Starbucks loyalty members are mostly at the Gold member level?

Starbucks coffee gold membership has become such a powerful status symbol that it doesn't seem cool not to whip it out at the Starbucks checkout and even more so among Asian 'Millennials', where almost 60% of the world's 'millennials' live.

And Starbucks cards are also available in digital form too. Starbucks creates digital payments for a cup of coffee without the hassle of coffee drinkers simply scanning the barcode of their Starbucks card from the mobile app to the device's POS system, and voila!! No more fumbling for cash from the wallet, typing something, no more even the hassle of removing their physical card from the wallet!

A tiered loyalty gamification system, where members must gradually progress to higher levels to achieve greater rewards and benefits, adds a fun element of gamification to their shopping process.

With the My Starbucks Reward application, this program uses a milestone system, where customers collect points for bigger and bigger rewards every time they make a purchase.

Another way to keep users interested is to show their progress towards the next level. When interacting with the app, they are told that they are, for example, 70% of the way to the next finish line to get the reward they want.

Cara Mengoptimalkan Strategi Leads Conversion Untuk Menghasilkan Leads Berkualitas
How to Optimize Leads Conversion Strategies to Generate Quality Leads

Leads from your awareness campaign are abundant, but High Quality Leads (or HQL) are still minimal?

Maybe your leads or prospect management process has not been optimized to drive more quality leads, including choosing which channels bring quality leads to revenue for your type of business.

Did you know that the leads management process is one of the most important parts of the entire demand generation program in business? Collaboration between the Sales and Marketing teams is needed to determine the ideal buyer persona, determine what hot leads are like (leads who are ready to be converted into sales) to achieve an effective follow-up process.

Lead management or leads conversion services include things like:
1. Map all your campaigns into user journey stages
2. Provide product recommendations at each stage to optimize the lead generation process
3. Build an admin or customer care workflow SOP in handling each lead, and
4. Implement appropriate automation processes to support time, process and resource efficiency by using CRM dashboards.
5. Analyze reports to show how leads are followed up and converted into sales.

If you don't track and measure the performance of your campaign at every stage, there's almost no point in launching it at all. Too many businesses spend time and resources building amazingly good creative campaigns and content only to launch them on social media without being equipped to measure the performance of those campaigns.

Make sure you can test and measure the effectiveness of your digital marketing efforts so you understand what works, and more importantly, what doesn't, to get the best return on your time and investment.

Bagaimana Nike Memanfaatkan Gamification Untuk Meningkatkan Brand Engagement Dan Loyalitas Penggunanya
How Nike Utilizes Gamification to Increase Brand Engagement and User Loyalty

What is the impact of combining gamification strategies with community activation through mobile-apps?

Gamified marketing (or what is called gamification marketing) is able to build interest in consumers through three main elements of gamification, namely:  validation, finish line, and reward.

Sportswear brand Nike built an in-app game to support Nike users' daily sports activities and uses #NikeFuel to track and monitor every progress of sports activities. Based on the difficulty level the user selects, they are challenged to earn a certain amount of NikeFuel to advance to the next level. Each mission and level is played against the clock and using any device that collects NikeFuel, including the Nike + FuelBand.

Throughout the mission, app users will meet Nike brand ambassador athletes such as: Calvin Johnson, Allyson Felix, Alex Morgan, or Neymar Jr. who will provide advice and provide recommendations for innovative products to help users achieve their next mission.

After each mission, users can sync their Nike+ devices to see their progress. If they have not achieved their goals, they can replay the mission. Fun isn't it?

This fitness application is driven by the tendency of its users to share every stage of their exercise achievements for validation on their respective social media.

Users compete with each other and share their results every day. This creates a Nike brand community, and with many users integrating the app into their daily lives  ultimately strengthening their brand engagement with Nike.

Validation techniques that are often used through social media sites are likes, retweets, getting followers and so on. These are all ways that allow users to respond positively to each other's content.  Validation is one of the strongest drivers of long-term user-engagement quality because it can help brands build communities.

Perubahan Perilaku Konsumen Secara Digital Yang Perlu Dipahami Oleh Bisnis
Changes in Digital Consumer Behavior That Businesses Need to Understand

Like it or not, business people need to understand changes in digital consumer behavior. And if this interaction is not smooth, then your customers will easily go elsewhere, based on existing data:

- 57% of users will abandon a mobile app that takes more than 3 seconds to load, from a study by Google
- 86% of users delete underperforming apps, according to a Kleiner Perkins study
- 28% will switch to a competitor if the app is slow (Kleiner Perkins)

Even if your business does not directly compete with technology giants like Google, Facebook or Uber, your business will be compared to them from a user experience perspective.

This means your business must be ready to serve or be available to customers 24/7—anytime, anywhere, and on any digital device.

Digital platforms give businesses the power to personalize and strengthen connections with customers through new offerings and services. For a business, the goal is not only to provide the best user experience, but also to collect #data that, when combined with the right analytics tools, can provide insights to improve the user experience in new and innovative ways.

Currently the world is entering the stage of industrial revolution 4.0, where digital technology and the internet are not just instruments that help humans carry out complicated or complex tasks, but technology also brings about revolutionary changes in the thinking and behavior patterns of consumers interacting, communicating and making transactions.  Consumer culture and habits are also changing socially.

Disrupsi dan Pergeseran Tren Digitalisasi Logistik dan Fulfilment Di Lanskap Industri Indonesia
Disruption and Shifting Trends in Logistics and Fulfillment Digitalization in the Indonesian Industrial Landscape

Doing business in  ecommerce or marketplace is one of the largest industries developing globally with very rapid growth throughout the world in recent years.

Many MSMEs (small and medium enterprises) grow into large-scale companies with the help of ecommerce enablers with omnichannel solutions such as marketplace integration, multiplatform integration, for data integration purposes. In fact, business owners these days want to share in the big business results of  Digital Commerce but have little or no time for the routine and administrative management tasks of running an e-commerce business.

Routines such as product listing and pricing, digital shelving, writing product descriptions, managing feedback or ratings from customers, optimizing advertising in the marketplace, product distribution to area warehouses, logistics management, fulfillment and warehouse systems, and home delivery service delivery, therefore the role of marketplace integration by e-commerce enablers based on the use of technology is very important.

In line with the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which is marked by the emergence of big data, cloud computing, cloud storage, internet of things (IoT), automation, and many other technological innovations, the logistics development trend in the next few years will be towards the use of integrated and automated systems, especially for warehouse operations, fulfillment, cargo from shippers such as trucking and containers, and Hyperlocal for instant delivery options. Business people and businesses must take quick steps to adapt and survive the trend of digitizing their logistics systems.

Trends after the pandemic will refer to the stay-at-home economy or online shopping patterns. E-commerce enablers play an important role at this time where industry players must innovate as quickly as possible, innovate on value, to switch to digital so that logistics digitization can support rapid changes in the business landscape.

Sukses Digital Marketing Dengan Memanfaatkan LinkedIn
Successful Digital Marketing by Utilizing LinkedIn

Implementing a digital marketing strategy to target the B2B market segment is very different from other business models. The difference lies in the way they both acquire and convert paying customers or users.  Marketing via Social Media Marketing still functions to develop your B2B business segment, one of which is via LinkedIn.

Talking about LinkedIn, with its latest demographic data.
Number of total users: 738 million.
Largest age group: 46-55.
Gender: 51% male, 49% female.
63% access LinkedIn weekly, and 22% access LinkedIn daily.

From this data it can be seen that LinkedIn has an audience that is predominantly older (senior). However, around a quarter of LinkedIn platform users are millennials. The user demographic with higher education, high work experience and higher income levels makes LinkedIn a potential gold mine for advertising.

It is not surprising that the social nuances on LinkedIn, with its network of audiences who are in decision maker positions, are more directed towards lead generation for the B2B segment.

According to LinkedIn itself, it is the top social media network for generating #leads for business prospects, making it a great resource for many businesses looking to find a targeted audience. More than 70% of LinkedIn users live outside the US, presenting an opportunity for businesses and brands looking to grow an international audience.

You may need hundreds of thousands of users for your B2C business to run well. In contrast, you may only need ten to twenty users for your B2B product or service.
